Accessories for insulated panels

Steel beams

Our 2-piece roll-formed beam structure is manufactured from high tensile steel, providing exceptional strength and durability for insulated panel roofing applications. Designed to accommodate long unsupported spans, these beams help reduce the number of required support posts while maintaining structural integrity and a clean, modern appearance.

Available in five height options (100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm), the system offers flexibility to suit a wide range of project requirements.

Each beam is precision cut to length to match your specific project needs, with end caps folded to suit the corresponding beam size for a neat and finished installation. Engineered and tested to comply with AS1397/G550 requirements, this roll-formed structure delivers reliable performance, strength and confidence for residential, commercial and architectural roofing solutions.

Steel posts

Manufactured from strong high tensile steel, our structural posts provide a durable and reliable support solution for insulated panel roofing and outdoor structures. Available as individual components or as part of a complete post kit, they offer flexibility to suit a variety of project requirements and installation needs.

Posts are available in a range of lengths, including 2400mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, 4000mm and 5500mm, with two size options available: 65 x 65 x 1.6 SHS GAL and 100 x 100 x 2.5 SHS GAL. Designed for strength, stability and long-term performance, these posts provide a robust foundation for creating secure and structurally sound roofing systems.

Flashings, gutters & fixings

Our range of roofing accessories includes all essential components required to complete an insulated panel roofing system with a professional and refined finish. From custom flashings and gutter solutions to quality fixings and infill strips, each component is designed to complement the performance, durability and appearance of the overall structure.

Available to suit a variety of applications, these accessories provide practical solutions for achieving a secure, weather-resistant and visually appealing installation. Designed to work seamlessly with insulated roofing systems, our components help simplify installation while ensuring a high-quality finished result.

Low profile recessed lighting

Our low profile recessed lighting solutions are designed to provide a sleek, modern finish while integrating seamlessly into insulated panel systems.

Featuring a dimmable downlight design with a low-voltage power source, these lights deliver efficient illumination while maintaining a clean and streamlined appearance.

With a minimal intrusion of only 12mm into the panel, the recessed lighting system helps preserve the integrity and aesthetics of the ceiling or roof structure. Available in two sizes, the range provides flexibility to suit different design requirements and lighting preferences.

The 120mm recessed lighting option is available in both Warm White and Cool White colour temperatures, allowing you to create the desired atmosphere for your space. The larger 170mm option is available in Cool White, providing a crisp, modern lighting solution ideal for functional and contemporary applications.
