With 4 panel profile options and 7 core thicknesses to choose from, our insulated panels are ideal for a flyover roof application as they are roofing, insulation and ceiling all-in-one.

Our Australian-made insulated roof panels are one (1) metre wide and can be made to your required length (minimum length of 1800mm).

For areas close to salt water, an option of a 275 gram protective steel coating is available.

Low profile recessed downlights and panel skylights (with optional LED strips) can also be incorporated into the panels.

Bonded together at the manufacturer's factory in Brisbane, there are 3 COMPONENTS that make up our insulated panels:

  1. Durable steel roof sheet (top skin / topside)

  2. Insulating core

  3. Durable steel ceiling sheet (bottom skin / underside)

7 panel core thicknesses*

50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm and 200mm (each increase in panel core thickness offers greater spanning capabilities, insulating capabilities and sound dampening properties).
