Secretfix fastening system for insulated wall panels

Available in a wide selection of colours, the SecretFix panel system is designed with the outer and inner steel skins offset by 25mm, allowing an interface locking bracket to be securely installed between the panels.

The interface locking bracket performs two important functions: it mechanically locks the top and bottom panel skins together while also providing the concealed fixing point that gives the SecretFix system its clean, streamlined appearance.

Each insulated wall panel is manufactured by permanently bonding its three core components together under controlled factory conditions, ensuring consistent quality, strength and thermal performance.

Core options available for the wall panels are Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR), Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC) and Mineral Wool (MW).

Core thickness options start from 50mm through to 150mm (note though that the 50mm is not available with an MW insulating core). As the panel core thickness increases, so do its thermal insulation performance and sound reduction capabilities.

SecretFix wall panels are manufactured with 0.6mm steel skins and a 1200mm coverage width, helping to reduce the number of panels required and speed up the wall installation process. Panels are custom cut to the required length, with a minimum panel length of 1800mm.

Due to the offset between the top and bottom skins, selecting the SMOOTH facer profile ensures precise alignment across all panel surfaces and joins, creating a clean, seamless finish.

Options and accessories include MAX – 275 gram protective steel coating (ideal for areas close to salt water) and panel skylights (with optional LED strips).
